POSTAGE FEES

Standard Post is currently a flat rate of $11 standard and $16 for express (excludes heavy/bulky items) for all orders up to the value of $250

Orders over $250 will be posted free (excluding some heavy/bulky items)

• Any items that are of a bulky/heavy weight will be emailed and charged an extra shipping rate  Eg. prams, ride on’s, bikes or any large orders that are deemed heavy or bulky 
• please note any postage that is deemed excessive, you the customer will be contacted for extra postage cost or a refund 

We offer a free local pickup option if you live in the local Echuca/Moama Region

Local Delivery within Echuca/Moama is also available at the cost of $3 

HEAVY / BULKY ITEMS

All heavy or bulky items are now set to Local Pickup or delivery in Echuca/Moama only !!

If you would like an item shipped, please contact us to work out a price.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You can then track your order via Australia Post.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Letti & Me may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
